How long is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
The Netherlands – Order before 18.00, delivered next working day
Europe 1 – 1 to 3 business days
Europe 2 – 2 to 4 business days
Outside Europe – 2 to 5 business days
Where do you deliver and what are the Europe Zones?
We deliver worldwide, however we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO addresses.

How much are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands €6,50 – Over €100 orders will be shipped for free
Europe Zone 1 €10,00 – Over €150 orders will be shipped for free
Europe Zone 2 €20,00 – Over €150 orders will be shipped for free
Outside Europe €35,00 – Over €350 orders will be shipped for free
How will my order be shipped?
All items are separately packed in plastic to prevent damaging and will be delivered in a shipping box or plastic shipping bag. All our orders are shipping with PostNL or DHL.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Within 30 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back with your return.
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Laboratorium LA tags still attached.
- Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customer’s own cost.
Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?
Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded after we judged the product in a reasonable way and the refund is granted.
When do I get my refund?
Returns we be processed approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be in the same way as the chosen payment method used upon ordering.
I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service first more details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. After confirmation you can return the item to our warehouse by using the return form. The item will be checked and when it is covered by our warranty policy, a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
What if my return is not accepted?
The only reason why we won’t accept a return is if it is contrary to our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns center for 30 days before being discarded. Shopping costs will vary based on your location.
Do I need to set up an account to order something online?
No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. However you can check out faster when registering.
I have added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. Mention your order number and the correct address. Please note: the shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped. Once it has shipped, we can’t change it.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order or items after you placed your order online. However, you can return your order at any time within 30 days and you will get a full refund.
Will you restock sold out items?
We normally do not restock any sold out items from previous collection. However, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you have questions about products.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?
Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will be not subject to any additional charges. Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU and additional charges may be added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by Laboratorium LA.
